Schwingungsdämpfendes Gummi-Metall-Lager

Die Ultrabuchse ist eine zylindrische Buchse, die axiale, radiale, torsionale Bewegungen sowie kardanische Auslenkungen aufnehmen kann.

Anwendung:

Für Ultrabuchsen bietet sich ein breites Anwendungsspektrum als elastisches Verbindungselement. Typische Einsatzfälle sind elastische Gelenke an Schwingungsrüttlern oder elastische Lager in Lagerböcken für Wellen, Achsen, aber auch in Lenker und Kupplungen.

Ausführung:

Die Ultrabuchsen bestehen aus zwei konzentrischen Hülsen mit fest eingeklebtem Gummi zwischen den Hülsen. Das gebundene Gummi nimmt die gesamte Bewegung auf, daher ist keine Schmierung oder andere Wartung der Lager erforderlich.

Werkstoff:

  • Standardausführung: Naturkautschuk NR
  • Temperaturbereich: -40 bis +70° C
