Shipping
Orders from the Franz Gottwald GmbH + Co. KG web shop are delivered within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom.
The exact and final shipping costs are specified in the order completion.
Deliveries within Germany
• Delivery by standard shipping: For deliveries within Germany, we charge up to 31.5 kg as standard shipping with UPS with shipping costs of EUR 6.90 (incl. VAT) including packaging costs. Packages in standard shipping usually have a transit time of 1-2 days.
This does not apply to orders with a weight of up to 31.5 kg that meet one or more of the following factors and are sent accordingly by shipping agency:
• exceed the size of 175 cm in length and/or a girth of 300 cm
• Filter mats from the field of air filtration
• Delivery by shipping agency: For the cost of delivering parcels over 31.5 kg and parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg but exceeding 175 cm in length and/or a girth of 300 cm, please refer to the table below. The delivery by shipping agency is "free to the curb". The goods are not brought into the house by the shipping agency. The delivery usually takes 1-2 days.
• Delivery by shipping agency of filter mats for air filtration: Due to the very high volume of filter mats for air filtration, we charge a flat rate of EUR 90 (incl. VAT) for shipping these products.
• Delivery time: In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

We ship our packages with UPS, Night Star Express and DB Schenker. In individual cases it may happen that we will select a different shipping service provider. Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.
Deliveries to other European countries
• Delivery by standard shipping: We calculate deliveries to other European countries up to 31.5 kg as standard shipping with UPS with a shipping cost depending on the weight and the respective country. Excluded from this are orders with a weight of up to 31.5 kg that exceed the size of 175 cm in length and/or a girth of 300 cm. Packages in standard shipping to other European countries usually have a transit time of 2-5 days. The shipping costs for the respective country include packaging costs and can be found in the table below. The costs include the applicable VAT of 19%.
• Delivery by shipping agency: For the cost of delivering parcels over 31.5 kg and parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg but exceeding 175 cm in length and/or a girth of 300 cm, please refer to the table below for the respective destination country. The delivery by forwarding agent is "free to the curb". The goods are not brought into the house by the forwarding agent. Delivery by freight forwarder usually takes 2-5 days. The costs include the applicable VAT of 19%.
