You can contact us because of questions about products, returns or complaints and of course every other topic via email or phone erreichen. Our team is available monday – thursday between 7:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. and friday till 2:00 p.m. We are looking forward hearing from you soon.
How can I create an account for the webshop?
You have the possibility to use the shop via a guest access or your known customer account. If you don’t have access data so far or if you are a new customer and require access data, please send us an email. We will create you an account as fast as possible and send your data to you.
I forgot my password. What to do?
If you forgot your password for the webshop access, please consider following steps: Go to “My account”, click on “I have a registration” and than “Forgot password”. After that enter your registered email address please. We will send you an email to change your password. If you will not receive an email, please check your spam inbox or contact our customer service.
How can I change information of my account?
You can change your data easily and quickly in your account. Please go onto the “My account” button and log in with your access data. Afterwards you can change following data: name, email-address and password.
How can I delete my account?
We regret that you want to delete your account for the Gottwald webshop. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a confirmation afterward. Please let us know shorty, what we can make better. We are willing to improve our service and know how constantly.
How can I get business customer conditions?
Gottwald offers better conditions to customers with higher demand. These vary between the different groups of products. If you are a customer of Gottwald already, we will import your existing condition automatically. The arranged prices are visible after you have logged in. If you don’t have a Gottwald customer account yet and you have a higher demand, please contact us via phone or email. Thereupon we will proof particular conditions.
How can I search for a product?
Following options unfold to you: Either you use the searching bar. You can find the searching bar on the top next to the logo. You can insert one or more notes and receive the results after pushing the magnifier button. If you don’t know the exact definition, just click through the categories. After a result just click on the product and you end up on the product details. If you already know what you are looking for, you can use the quick-search option on the front-page. You easily land on the right product.
How can I pay at Gottwald?
At the Gottwald webshop you have following methods for payment: Prepayment, PayPal and Credit card are available in every country. In addition we offer instant bank transfer, cash card or iDEAL. Payment by invoice is available for former customers (validity required). If you use the shop with a guest access a payment by invoice is not possible.
Is there a minimum order and minimum item value?
There is no minimum position value in the Gottwald online shop. However, all deliveries are subject to a minimum order value of five EURO. If the order value is lower, Franz Gottwald GmbH + Co. KG charges a surcharge of five EURO.

How does Gottwald ship packages?
How can I require an individual offer?
In the case of a higher demand you have the opportunity for an individual offer. Contact us via phone or mail. Alternatively you can require an offer when exceeding an amount of 200 EURO - easily click on the button “require offer”.
How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
Almost all our products are stored in our modern centralized stock in Hamburg. We usually offer a same day delivery for products which are on stock if you order until noon. If we don’t have a product on stock, we take care for quick sourcing within 48 hours. The close cooperation with our premium manufacturers and suppliers allows us very short reaction time. When you have extremely short requirements and want to make sure that we have the item ready for dispatch, please contact us via phone or email.
Can I order my package to a different delivery address?
Yes, you have the opportunity to change the delivery address divergent to the invoice address during the order process. Under point 3 click on “Proof and order” and afterwards on “Add separate delivery address”. Now you can enter a different address for delivery.
Can I order to a foreign county?
Yes, we deliver in many foreign countries in Europe. You can find more information under "shipping" where you can see if the country is available.
What can I do when receiving defect parts?
Gottwald stands for quality for more than 85 years. Despite that we have latest technology, a FiFo-system, goods receive controls and certified quality management at our stock in Hamburg, unfortunately we can not avoid that a part will be damaged. It might be a defect because of transportation or an invisible defect occurring while implementing. If you received a damaged product please inform us under complaint, via phone or email. We take care of the problem as fast as possible.
