Semiflexible, sehr langsam härtende Flächendichtung für bearbeitete, verwindungssteife Metallflansche.

Produktinformationen:


LOCTITE 128068 ist eine gebrauchsfertige, einkomponentige, gelförmige anaerobe Flächendichtung, die unter Luftabschluss bei Raumtemperatur aushärtet. Die Aushärtung erfolgt langsam, um spalterzeugenden Produktaufbau zwischen den Flanschen zu vermeiden.

Das Produkt wird zum Abdichten von enganliegenden Verbindungen zwischen starren metallischen Dicht- und Flanschflächen eingesetzt und kompensiert kleinere Bewegungen der Dichtflansche.

Unmittelbar nach der Flanschmontage ist Dichtheit gegenüber niedrigen Drücken gegeben. Typischer Einsatzbereich ist die Verwendung als Flächendichtung für Getriebe- und Achsgehäuse.
